My wife has been here for almost 2 years her conditional green card will be expired in 3 month. We have some serious marital problems. I think she just wanted to get her green card and then split! I did not abuse her a d took care of her always. She is 42 and I'm 65. Before I send the form to remove the conditions I like to know what I can do at this point I don't want to continue living with her. She constantly asking me for money that I don't have ! She wants a divorce and I know I'm not going to be able to afford that. Is there any way to prove that she is in this just to get the green card? Please help.
