My question involves real estate located in the State of: Alabama.
my neighbor owns almost 1 acre of land. He suddenly decided to rent out his land to 6 campers. They all use my driveway. I can't see how this is legal. I doubt he even has any permits. All campers or "rvs" are back to back in very close quarters. every renter owns their own RV. They only rent the space. All the RV owners are semi-pemenant renters because they pay my neighbor to use his land because their work is so close. My main question is, wouldn't my neighbor have to a legal permit to rent his land out to this many campers/rvs? wouldn't each rv have to have its own lot? I don't know who to contact. Its not only annoying to share my driveway with all these random workers, but it's more bothersome having to deal with all these new neighbors. I live in a rural area so not many people, other than me, deal with the eyesore of a RV park right next to their home. I'm almost 100% sure he has no permits of any kind. He is a huge jerk that thinks he can do what he wants when he wants. He decided to tell one of his semi-permenant renters that it's also ok for them to place there satellite dish on my property as well. Please help.
