My question involves a relationship in the state of: Florida
I have been living with my fiancé for the last four years, pretty much as husband and wife. We have had a complete downfall in our relationship, there has been no cheating or violence.
The mortgage of the shared house is in his name, but one of the utility bills is in both of our names, we are on the same cellphone plan and I pay two of the of utility bills that are in his name. I also pay for the majority of the groceries for the home. I am asking for eight months to save money to move and to allow my child to finish his school year. He wants me to move immediately. Do I have any rights to stay in the home that we have shared for so many years?
