I was asked to provide a copy of a citation from 2 years ago. I was pulled over for not moving into the left lane when an emergency car was on the shoulder. I was not given a ticket and it was not put on my driver's license record-it was a warning. I had kept the citation but our car was lost during Sandy-with this in it. I am told that the police don't keep a record of such warnings issued. I am not sure where to get a copy of this now or what to do.
I appreciate any help.
