Business Disputes: Sued by a Business Partner for Alleged Misappropriation of Funds

tion involves court procedures for the state of: Massachusetts

My business partner accused my of taking funds from our business. He lied during his testimony and to his expert CPA by with holding information. I testified against everything he said and had the proof. After nine months the judge found 100% in his favor. We have filed several motions and the judge denied each one for no apparent reason. I have filed an appeal by the trial transcript is not in yet. This also means the judge did not read it either. He was also working on something during he entire 5 day trial. Hardly paying attention. His decision will cost me my 50% of the business. ( $700,000 ) I have one motion left and that is for a new trial on new evidence that the expert CPA was not aware of 55% of the business. She testified to this. Can I have the judge step down for bias? It is so bad I feel the judge knows the plaintiffs attorney . I do not feel that I have been given a fair trial.
