My question involves business law in the state of:
I own a small business that exports American electronic components to China, now I inquired a factory in Ohio of a new item but they asked me to fill out a form that having detailed information of my end customer. I know this factory has his own subsidiary in China and sells higher price than in the States, so they wont sell to me if I admit to export the products to China.
If I cheat them that the end customer in the U.S, shall I be sued by them? Is this business fraud?
