My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: Illinois
Hello! A little over a year ago, my company over paid me a pretty significant amount. I brought it to their attention and they fixed the error that was causing the overpayment, then said "we'll have to work out some kind of payment plan." especially since I had been taxed on this money. Well, they never came looking for their money and here it is a year later. So my question is whether or not there is some kind of limitation on how long they have to come looking for their overpayment? Thanks!
