My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Oregon
I'm sure this question has been asked and answered before, but my situation is a bit different than most. Next year, I'll be graduating high school at the age of sixteen. I'll have, by then, attended two years of community college and will be eligible for an AA transfer degree. I have a job that is willing to employ me full-time after graduation, and after a gap year, I'll be transferring to a four-year college in my local town for another two years to get my bachelor's. I hope to be able to fully-support myself with that job, but the only way that can truly benefit me is if I live on my own. I want to know if my situation could allow me to get emancipated.
