My question involves paternity law for the State of: California
I petitioned to the court to establish the fact of my minor child's biological father on the birth certificate. The one on the cert is not and I want to amend it. The judge has approved and asked for an order to grant. We presented the order FL 250 but he denied. he thought it's not the right one, but they don't know the right adjudication parentage form and have me to consult with lawyer. It's very frustrated which the court doesn't even know. I need to find out the right order form for him to sign before I can further apply the birth certificate amendment with CDHP. Can anyone tell me what order I should use to obtain the judge's signature in my case?
