Failure to Yield: 21950(A) Ped Right of Way in a Marked Crosswalk

dimanche 22 février 2015

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California

I haven't yeld at a Ped right of way in a marked crosswalk. The police saw that and said I almost hit the pedestrian and give me a paper

I got cited to go to court for: 21950(a) Ped right of way in a marked crosswalk (marked as: TRAFFIC and INFRACTION)

The police didn't make me alcool or drug test, so I supposed it is not serious as I thought???...I am shaking...

1) What does it mean I have to go court?

2) Can my VISA status can be compromised?

3) Will my insurance increase?
