How to Answer Questions in a Job Interview

jeudi 5 février 2015

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Michigan and I would guess elsewhere....

What is a good answer? Those who work H.R. especially.

So one of the common interview questions is...."How much do you notice a change in a co-workers mood, and how do you handle it".

My answer has been...that doing my job comes first. If I have a break with the co-worker, or a couple slow minutes, I'll ask "Hey, you seem upset, can I help?"

I don't know, it is one of those damned if I do, damned if I don't questions. I'm there to work, not be Dear Abby.....

I don't want to sound cold-hearted. But I also don't want to be "oh I'll take co-worker into the breakroom and be her shrink..."
