My question involves child support in the State of: Texas
My youngest daughter was withdrawn from her school for non attendance. I live over 500 miles away and received a phone call from her school notifying me of that she was withdrawn from school. I know that she had attendance issues because I would receive notice through an automated system. She is 18 and decided that she felt "imprisoned" by school so she stopped going. She told me that she was going to be home schooled by her mother. This happened before with my middle child only her mother withdrew her and said she was going to be home schooled. This never happened. I am in favor of the child support system and have paid faithfully since our divorce. However, I don't believe my daughter will be home schooled and want to know if there is anything I can do.
