Division of Assets: If I Leave House, Can I Lose My Ownership Rights

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Florida



I live in hell because of what I was told by a legal secretary.

She told me that if I were to move out of my house that

I share and own with my wife, I would lose all ownership

rights to it. Is this true.
