Traffic Accidents: Am I at Fault

I got a car accident last Aug 27 on Greenville @ Lover's Ln, Dallas, TX.



I were making my left turn, and I had my green arrow when I started my left turn. At that time, all the cars in the opposite direction were completely stopping for red light. Their side had 1 left turn lane, 3 straight lane and 1 right turn lane



So when my car at the second straight lane, that person started to go, and after that, she became the witness in my case. She said to Geico that: They had green light when they started to go, so I had red light at that time.



I got hit by the girl next to right turn lane.

So after 3 weeks keep asking why, then the chief of Geico claim department tell me this:

1. They don't need to call the witness again based on the witness statement record. Even what she told me is different than what she told them.

(The witness told me: Green, Yellow and Red. Your light turn red very fast and she told them: They got green light when they go, so I ran red light).

2. Even I legal entered that intersection with green arrow, when I were in front of them, they had green light, they had right of way, I had to yield.



So Am I at fault?
