My question involves business law in the state of: NJ
I started a business and it’s has gotten huge and I want to register it officially. It's many different divisions/branches of the company that are aimed to be set all over the world, but as of now we are setting up the different U.S branches. I also have select employees that I’m giving a share of the company for their work in building it. I would like to know what kind of entity you suggest I set it up as, and how to do it with as low costs as possible? Your advice would be greatly appreciated. A sincere thank you.
