Court Proceedings: Multiple Victim Molestation Federal Case Possibilities

dimanche 26 octobre 2014

My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: GA, OH, FL

Greetings,

I am trying to acquire compensation for multiple molestation victims, which occurred over a 40 year period. This is a highly complicated case which involves one man and additional entities that would be liable, including the state of Georgia, the USAF, and the Air National Guard.

While state SOL has run out for the majority of these victims, by my research Federal Law might provide relief due to some circumstances surrounding the abuse. I need help from you the community to tell me if I'm on the right track.

All victims identified so far (6) where under the age of 12 when the abuse took place. All but one of the victims involved the perp transporting the victim over state lines for purposes of sexual acts. At least one of the victims was molested for a period while temporarily living on a United States Air Force Base. The perp had one conviction for incest and molestation in 1987. This criminal record and associated electronic court documents where altered by a state employee by changing the spelling of the perps name, which enabled him to continue working for the Federal Government as a civilian and as an Air National Guard member. I know this to be true as the associated victim was my sibling (perp's daughter) and we have the original documents in which the perp is listed correctly.

While the perp is recently deceased, the probate of his estate (excess of $1 million) has been halted with legal action in GA probate court. I'm hopeful that compensation can be won by the applicable victims via suing the estate in Federal Court. My research leads me to believe this can be successful by filing suit under certain laws in Title 18 of the Federal Code (U.S.C. 2241, 2242, 2243, etc), transportation across state lines, abuse on government property, etc.

We suspect that once presented, the primary beneficiary of the estate will be inclined to settle. If filed and moved forward the beneficiary stands to lose the perp's Federal Pensions, as the 1987 conviction would have lead to his immediate dismissal. Therefor, he has obviously filed fraudulent paperwork omitting that

conviction.

We only want justice for all effected by the actions of this horrible man.

I'm no legal expert, so I might be off in left field. Any advice or input would be helpful...Thanks!
