My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Washington
I purchased a photography session as well as goods, specifically for the session, from a studio. The images (after paying for them over time) were then destroyed. They are offering to refund me the cost of the images, which was $2000. Can I request a refund for the goods or the session given that I wouldn't have purchased either without the resulting photos?
