My question involves a condominium located in the State of: California.
In my condo there is an owner (owner1) who has guests. According to another owner (owner2), the guests of owner1, sell marijuana and also threaten the owner2.
According to owner2, they filed more than one Police report. According to owner2, the Police told them that it is the job of the HOA Board to solve.
So it looks like the Police is saying the HOA Board should solve the problem.
Why would Police ask the Board to solve something that looks like a criminal activity. This is in a bona-fide city, not some lost village in the woods.
What can a Board do?
