My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: California
Assuming plantiff wins and defendent appeals. They place money in escrow and then subsequently lose the appeal.
1) Is the money issued as a check?
2) Is it made out to exactly the title of the plantiff?
3) Could it be made out to the lawyer to then be released as he/she sees fit?
Thanks.
