My question involves a child custody case from the State of: CA
I have a court ordered visitation schedule for my kids. I have visits on every 2nd and 4th weekend of the month. I also get the first half of winter break as follows: "Mr. Good Guy shall have visitation during the first half of the winter break and all even years thereafter".
My understanding is that the break starts when they are out of school. I assumed I would pick them up this Friday after school. When discussing the visit, their mother said I couldn't pick them up until Monday. She say's the break starts on Monday. I disagree.
I can't find any information regarding this topic. Is there a legal definition for then the winter break starts?
