My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Massachusetts
I have been living at my current apartment for more then 8 years. I have almost paid $100,000 in rent. Now, I am buying a house and I would like to move out safely without paying for any damages.
I know my landlord will check the apartment and send me bill for dirty carpet and some other small damages. I am just wondering if there is a way to move out safely without paying for any damages?
I do have few issues in this apartment: hot water not working during morning time, bed bugs and roaches.
I will appreciate your input.
Thanks
