Suspension and Revocation: Getting a License After Moving to a Different State With a DUI Revocation

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: michigan

So my license has been suspended since 2007. I have had no other issues since then. Clean record with zero points I was denied twice in Michigan for reinstatement even though it has been nearly 8 years since last incident. Can I get a license in Colorado??

Btw I just moved to Colorado 3 weeks ago and have a residence here.. Just need some answers. Should I just go to the Colorado DMV and apt for a license??? Need to know what to do
