My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: Ohio
I'm asking this because i don't think i am and my daughter does. Our relationship is deteriorating and i dont know what to do. I had cancer in 2006 and since then weve neglected each other and i had my boyfriend move from florida to keep me company because it was just me and her then it fell apart. since then all i do is stay in my room and take her to appointments when i have to if she has the gas for the trip. her and my boyfriend have a rough time getting along and she resents me for keeping him here, but i love him and can't let go. we barely even talk to each other and if we do i dont know what to say, i try agreeing with her a lot but it doesnt help. my boyfriend tells me what i should do with her but its wrong and abusive but he gets mad if i dont listen to what he said to do and i cant lose either of them. She said she'll leave when she's 18 if i don't start doind what i need to do to get better if i want her to stay around but she doesn't understand being a single mom with diseases and feeling alone.
