My question involves a child custody case from the State of: CA
My son’s dad lives 80+ miles away and get’s him every other weekend.
The court order does not say who picks up or who drops off. When he was an infant he was always picking him up, but now that’s he’s a little older I agreed to meet half ways (not in court order) BUT my car broke down and he is telling me I am obligated to continue meeting him half way. That I should find a way. Or that I have to pick him up all the way at his house on Sunday night. I told him my car situation is only temporary and he tells me he is leasing a car and cant put too many miles on it and I need to find a way. What do I do?
