Disability Benefits: Scared Im Going to Lose SSI

My ssi is up for review and they want to see my bank statements I was under the assumption that you could have up to $2000 in your bank account and still be elgible for ssi. I ask this because some months I have had $1,200 in my account including my ssi but it is always gone before the next month. My grandmother who is disabled gives me checks which I deposit and then take the money out through atm and buy what she needs. Am I going to lose my ssi im so scared
