My question involves a marriage in the state of: NEVADA
Hi, last March (2014) my then girlfriend and I (both mexicans, and mexico residents) were in Las Vegas and got married.
We then went back to mexico and been here since. We never reside in the US.
We never got married by mexican law, just in the state of nevada, we are both mexicans and we both agree we are better apart.
If we are no US citizens or residents, how can we get a divorce in Nevada? we are not married in Mexico, but we dont want any lose ends.
Thanks!
