Divorce: Does Purporting to Be Married Constitute Bigamy

My question involves a bigamy in the state of: California

I recently found out that my husband has a second "wife". I found out that they have been together as man and wife for over four years, that they had a formal wedding reception ( but according to the other woman no actual marriage), she wears a ring on her finger that she considers to be her wedding ring, they bought a home jointly several years ago and both reside there and all of their families, friends and coworkers believe that they are actually married as they present themselves as a married couple. Does purporting to be married to one woman while actually legally married to another woman constitute bigamy in the state of California?

My husband and I have never lived together but we have had an active married life since we were married 10 years ago. If this situation comes to light in divorce court will my husband go to jail? How about the other woman? She claims that she did not know he was already married when they had their fake wedding but she does admit to knowing he was married for at least the last 4 years.
