My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: PA
I was driving roughly 80mph in a 40mph zone and when I got pulled over I told the officer my throttle was stuck. He told me that I needed to have the vehicle towed and for the shop to let him know when the vehicle was repaired. Then he proceeded to give me a ticket for driving too fast for conditions. My first question is what are my chances of winning in court if I decide to fight the ticket under these circumstances. And the shop said they dont want to be involved so they wont call the officer. How can I explain that the vehicle is fixed? Can I claim I flat towed the car to my house and fixed it myself?
