My question involves small claims court in the state of: Washington
I have a pretty clear case going off the evidence I have at hand, but I'm not sure if it's acceptable in a court of law.
On phone texts and Facebook messages I have the agreement on a loan, the duration of a loan, and admitting many, many times on not having paid it back in any amount up to and including two days before serving the court summons.
How do I present this evidence? Print it out? What about the text messages?
I'd like everything to be clear and to hold up in court. It's pretty absolute - so long as it's considered legitimate forms of proof. Just don't know how to show it!
