My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: ny I took a urinalysis drug test and it was positive with cocaine. I followed up 2 weeks later with a hair follicle test at my expense. The results came back showing negative. My company refused to look at them. I have returned to work after 8 week suspension and have to complete a 9 mo. Outpatient program. I'm seeking my missing pay and any expenses. Do I have defamation here? I'm looking for help
