My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Texas
http://ift.tt/1AsYD08
I was a single bi-racial mother of a 2 year old boy who looks prominently Caucasian when I entered into the Navy in 2009. In order for me to do that the recruiter informed me that I had to go through court proceedings and relinquish partial custody to my mother, who is Caucasian, to suffice the mandatory family care plan. He also said it could not be temporary and had to be seen as a permanent situation since I was to go active duty. In 2010 I completed my training and was stationed in Pensacola Florida where I then retained my son from my mother in June 2010.
In May of 2012 I was going through the beginning stages of a divorce and returned to Texas with my son and daughter to through my son's 5th birthday party and to potential move back home. On May 19th 2012 I returned to Florida without my children to pack our possessions and handle matters with the divorce. My children stayed with my son's father's family while I made this journey.
On May 25th 2012 my mother took my son from the paternal grandparents house with the power of the court documents used for my entrance into the military and aided the abduction of my daughter by her father. I had no knowledge of their intentions. I called the local police in Lufkin Texas, and they would not help me. Military Police retained my daughter and returned here to me but the court documents field for my divorce forced me to stay in Florida since I cannot leave with my daughter without her father's consent.
I went to court in December 6th 2012 and pleaded my case. Without any evidence my mother accused me of being a drug addict and a prostitute that abused my children. The judged ruled in here favor due to my "skeptical nature in Florida" and that I was only to see my son when it is agreed upon by all parties and within the county lines.
Since then my mother has controlled every aspect of my visitation with my son in a cruel and unimaginable way, and my son is lied to continuously about the nature of the situation. He has seen his sister four times in the last three years and I have seen him on a total of 7 and only once without the supervision of my mother.
How was I able to give evidence and document to prove that my son was a Florida resident enrolled in school during the abduction but yet received no help from the local law enforcement of Lufkin Texas? How is it that the Duval County Court gave me primary custody of my daughter in September of 2012 but the Angelina County Court found me "skeptical" as a parent in December of 2012? How was my parental rights of a mother with no record of indecency of any kind terminated without any evidence?
Sadly, my only explanation is that I am considered black and my son is "white.
I am actively seeking legal counsel to represent me in the area but I have been rejected countless times. Please help me expose the true nature of the judicial system in Angelina County and rectify this situation, not just for my own personal family matter but for the current biracial families and children, and single mothers of the military.

Thank you and God bless.
