My question involves personal property located in the State of: North Carolina... I own a Mobile Home and let my Daughter & her then Husband park there Motorhome in the backyard 4 years ago with an assumption it would be moved within a year. Since then they have divorced and the Motorhome was given to my daughter and our relationship has dissolved to the point she hasn't spoke to me in over a year. I have decided to sell the property and have repeatedly asked her over the last year to move the Motorhome to no avail... I have put notes on the door to no avail... She does have an extension cord run to it.. What are my legal rights in getting this removed from the property so I can sell it??
