My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California
I was fighting my speed ticket 81mph on 65 mph limit (CVC 22349-a) in Richmond, Contra Costa County by Written Declaration and paid my full bail amount of $366. Couple months later, the court sent me a decision saying that I was found guilty and forfeited my bail amount. However, the court added an extra 10 days Driver License suspension.
I am still in shock! :wallbang: How can this be happening. They could throw in extra penalty even if I follow every legal procedure?
