" ABC shall establish and maintain contact with STORES, provide technical assistance and customer service for the use and application of PRODUCTS, and make every reasonable effort to satisfy all STORES' needs on behalf of DEF. # Any such services provided shall not impose any responsibility or entitle ABC for any compensation or consideration by DEF #. ABC and ABC Employees shall at all times conduct ABC operations in a professional and businesslike manner."
well, i am pretty confused. does it mean ABC may charge DEF for technical assistance and costumer services that it provides because it was on behalf of DEF? what does the word "businesslike manner" mean? i specifically did not understand the part i highlighted by
