My question involves civil rights in the State of: KS
I am representing myself in a civil case against a company. The counsel for the opposing party is very uncooperative and refuses to provide any document using all kinds of excuses. I submitted to them a crucial meeting recording during the discovery. In their answer to my interrogatories, I found that they had the recording transcribed. But there are not only several errors in the transcription, but the court reporters handwritten signature is missing. I am wondering what the unsigned recording transcription means. Is it even admissible in court? What is their purpose to do this? Will the opposing party dares to twist the facts because they are a big company? Thanks a lot.
