I am currently working on OPT and after 10 months I will get H1B.
My wife is staying with me in California as F2 dependent.
I now that dependents are lot eligible for full-time study / degrees on F2 visa.
My wife want to get California Teaching credentials (required for applying as teacher in school).
Is she eligible to appear for such credential exam ?
