My question involves judgment recovery in the State of: Florida
Just sent off my answer to creditors interrogatories (post-judgment) and realized I forgot to list a major asset. One of the questions asked me to list any vehicles that I own w/ title info. I simply responded that I didn't own any vehicles in my name since the question didn't mention spouse like some of the other questions did. The last question asked me to list any assets that I "and/or spouse own that are valued over 100.00". I listed some random items, but now I'm wondering if I should have listed my wife's vehicle. While I was listing the assets, I wasn't think about vehicles since they already asked about it (but I didn't answer with wife's car). The car is titled in my wife's name only and always has been from day 1. Judgment is only against my name so is this even an issue that I forgot to list HER car?
