My question involves an eviction in the state of: Florida
One month ago,I haved posted a 7 days notice for non compliance with cure to a tenant because grass was overgrowh, lot of garbages, and boxes and trash and bulks on swale. After this posting, the tenant, decide to perform some cleaning, and remove some of the bulk and trash from the front of the house.Beause that,I was not taking any more action regardin de 7 days notice for non compliance, because I assume was cured. However, only three weeks later, the nuisance situation was repeated.
Worse on that;the City department, imposed a $500 fine, because the repeated violation..I have mentioned to the tenant about
the fines... My question a this point: ?who should paid this tenant fault violation fines? ?On case tenant refuse to paid, and
because previusly 7 days notice non compliance, was partially cure.....and maybee I have not more option to evict her..do I need start again with another 7 days notice or only just need a notice of termination? Please some help with this will be appreciated. Thanks
