My question involves judgment recovery in the State of TN. I had a judgment against me for 1,435 .I went to courthouse to pay it and the clerk told me it wasn't 1,435 judgment, it was only for 88.00 for the judgment. she told me if I paid court cost interest of totally 287.41. The judgment would be paid. All the info on the judgment is correct except the total amount. . If I pay this can the CA come after me for the rest of the money or will it be a satisfied judgment?
