Police Conduct: At What Point Does Contact Become Inappropriate and What Can Be Done About It

mardi 2 septembre 2014

My question involves police conduct in the State of: Oregon

Small town deputy who I filed a complaint against for unprofessionalism and harassment has since sided with my ex. We are trying to reconcile our relationship and she has stated that after a call that I made wherein he was the responding deputy, he followed her down the road to have a conversation with her where he bashed me, said I thought they were in cahoots together, said I didn't care anything about her and offered to testify on her behalf in court. I'm not sure what he could testify about, as the restraining order she filed is not indicating abuse or any kind and will likely be thrown out.

She has indicated that he really does not like me. At what point does his contact with her become inappropriate, and can this information I am getting be used to get him to just chill out a bit? He really stepped up communication to her after the complaint was filed, and I never even received notice that the complaint was received or being addressed.
