My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: California . About 2 months ago I was involved in a hit and run accident. The other car appeared out of no where as I made a right turn. The car collided into my car making it spin to the right. I had my three daughters in the car and I was injured. The car never stopped and left. Luckily I found the other car's license plate on the ground. A couple of people helped us push the car and called the police. The police arrived an hour later. When we told the officer what had happened he wrote down the wrong thing. We got a lawyer but later said they couldn't help me any more. They told me it was my fault and said they weren't going to pay for anything. Before this accident I had another accident in where they blamed me when someone hit my car. The attorney told me that I had been involved in another accident using the same vehicle after the hit and run. My car is unmovable so there is no way I could've been in that accident. I found out they suspended my drivers license. No one will help me and I don't know what to do. Please help me figure out what I can do.
