My question involves real estate located in the State of: Idaho
My father-in-law owns a house in Nampa and wants to sell it to his nephew. While waiting for his nephew to come up with the money he agreed to rent the house but when we mailed him a lease agreement he refused to sign and return a copy but he is paying $400.00 per month, the lease agreement only required $350.00 per month. Is there a chance that he is planning to claim adverse possession or some other sort of possession rights on the property?
