Interstate Issues: Dismissing Previous Order / Interstate Violation

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: CA / MA

So, I have prepared a consultation with an attorney regarding this issue, but I want to be prepared before I go in there by knowing what is reasonable to ask. The custodial parent recently modified custody order which suspended my visitation and granting her move-away request (from California to Massachusetts). There are so many things wrong with her paperwork alone as well as the way she went about doing this that (I was never served, there are lies throughout her declaration, ect...) I am confident that this ruling can be overturned, but what then? Say the judge throws out this order. I am not proposing any new terms. Would this case go back to the last order? The last order stated that the child's permanent residence is California, and obviously he is on the other coast. Even if that were the case, and the custodial parent were in violation, how would this be enforced? Thanks.
