My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Arizona.
75 hours after I signed all my papers, I had to go back to the dealership to fill out a paper that they forgot to have me sign. When I got there I waited two hours and they pulled me into the office and told me my 84 month term was not excepted but I qualified for a 72 month. That made my payments go up 50 additional dollars from The high amount they already were. I asked them what would happen if I didn't sign and they said that I could turn the car back over to them but that I had Already signed my trade in vehicle to them. With only one last day to make a decision I felt I had no other choice. I yelled and told them what crooks they are, he then put my signed paper in the printer and gave me my copy. He asked me for my original copy back I stormed out and left without giving it to him. When I got home I realized that he predated the second contract the same as the first. Is this legal ?and how do I get my first contract to be valid?
