My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Florida
Ok my story i don't know if I'm posting in the right thread or not but here I go. I recently traded my 94 jaguar xjs for a 2007 Suzuki gsxr 750. I bought it as is from the dealership. The dealership has failed to pay off the car 18 days later. The tho is the last of my problem I was pulled over on the bike and when the cop ran the vine number for the engine it came up stolen. The bike is my only means of transportation. My question is do I have a law suit against the dealership from selling me illegal parts on the bike... What would this case fall under... Another thing the person own last registered the engine.. Who bike was stolen.. Received compensation from there insurance company when it was stolen. They are asking for 1500 to release the engine but if they received money for the bike being stolen.. Would I have to call the insurance company that paid in order to get a release?
