Violating Probation Through Failure to Appear

Sorry here's the story for some reason it didn't post ..

My question involves civil rights in the State of: Louisiana , Florida

I was in a altercation in a Florida bar.

( Escambia Co ) I was charged with simple battery 2 counts . I live in Louisiana so I paid an attorney to rep me in my FL situation . 6 months probation and a fine;court cost,etc... Well that all went well until I was caught in a situation almost a year later in Louisiana and informed I had a warrant in Florida .. Had no idea of this warrant . Had all fines paid up etc... Only never could get in touch with the PO officer .. Called her 10 times left voicemails .. This was all at the time I had been told I had probation by my attorney .. I called his office told his secretary I could not get in touch with the PO .. Nothing was ever said .. Ok got off track a little .. Fast forward officer In louisiana takes me in on warrant issued by Florida on VOP .. I was held for 12 days there waiting on extradition. I was picked up by USPT transport service .. Stuck in back of a Ford 15 passenger van in a 4ft tall x 5 ft wide x 7 ft deep steel cage .. Three others are in this box at this time I made four . We leave central louisiana were I'm from go to two stops in north louisiana for two girls in a seperate part of this steel cage that is only 2.5 ft deep x 4 ft tall x 5 ft wide . Leave north louisiana go to Dallas were we pick up two more guys and one girl .. Now that's six guys and three girls . We sat In Dallas in the van for two hours in back of the van waiting for those three people to be brought out and loaded. While waiting we were allowed to use the restroom now this is the first time in five or six hours we stopped to use the restroom . While we were there in the cell we were told we couldn't talk and of course one person said something explicit to the transporter that's when we were loaded back in the van and sat sweating for 2 hours or more. We finally left Dallas went to Kansas picked up a guy . Now seven guys three girls .. Ok quick timeline left my parish natchitoches at 7:30 drove to minden,LA , Shreveport,LA , Dallas,TX then to KS so far . One bathroom break so far . Leave Kansas to Little Rock AR drop one guy. Then to Malvern ,AR drop one girl .. Then to some county prison In AR to pickup another guy . We left there towards West Memphis ,AR . Were we made second bathroom break and stayed for the night at a county jail . 38 hours later from the time we left my home parish . The next morning we were fed and loaded . We went to Chattanooga,TN then to Atlanta,GA then to Live Oak,FL where they dumped me at a county jail for a day and a half. With another guy who was waiting to go to escambia county FL also who had been there for 2 weeks waiting ... Ok finally they get us loaded and headed to escambia county . When I step foot in escambia 3.5 days later booked and waiting a first appearance for my misdemeanor VOP .. I was told I had no bond .. 11 days later I get a bond ... I have a job I've been at for thirteen years . My wife has a pacemaker and still has issues going on . I have 2 daughters that I have every other weekend and 2 step kids with my wife. I am always involved in community activities . I feel like I may have a responsibility in some of this but do not feel I've been treated fairly at all! I spent 23 days in jail because a probation officer would not answer her phone of return a call .. I have my phone bills were I can prove I called an all receipts showing where I paid .. She violated me on failure to appear when she's the one who I feel didn't do her job and then my attorney also didn't follow up with his job he was hired to so for me ! I'm still dealing with this on going situation !! It's been a nightmare .. Please someone share something with me !
