My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: PENNSYLVANIA
OVER TTHE SUMMER I TOOK MY LANDLORD TO COURT BECAUSE HE RENTED TO TENNANTS THAT HARRASED ME HE SIDED WITH THEM EVEN APPEARING IN COURT WITH THEM WITH A PAID ATTORNEY ME AND TWO TENNANTS WENT TO MEDIATION ONE TENNANT MOVED OUT 6 MONTHS INTO HER LEASE SHE THREATENED MY LIFE AND THE OTHER TENNANT OWES HIM 6000 DOLLARS HE SETTLED OUT OF COURT AND HE GAVE ME MY OLD APT BACK ONLY TO EVICT ME TWO MONTHS LATER MY RENTS PAID MY LEASE EXPIRED NOV 30 2014 AND I HAVE COURT DEC 19 ARE THEY GONNA EVICT ME 6 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS??? I FILED A 10000 LAWSUIT AGAINST THE AGENCY AND MY LANDLORD FOR RETALITORY EVICTION THAT HEARING IS FEB 6 2015
