My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: New Hampshire
My grandfather past away a month ago. He set up a trust where me and my brother would get money as well as my mother and my uncle.
My mother and uncle are in charge of what happens to his estate and the things he owned(not sure of the legal term) Am I allowed to speak with my grandfather's lawyer?
I'm currently behind on payments for my home and may go into foreclosure. I'm looking to see if I can get a letter to send to my mortgage company saying that my finances will soon improve from my inheritance as my inheritance is more than what I owe on my house. Is this something I can go to my grandfathers attorney about? Thank you
