My question involves estate proceedings in the state of: Mississippi
There are three issues involved. Decedent leaves house and 10 acres to issue C with issue A having life interest, issue B gets 10 acres, issue D gets 10 acres, the other 20 acres to issue A as well.(Issue A is also the executor of the estate). All of the property is on one deed yet to be divided (10 years later). Timber is being sold on issue B portion and all of the proceeds are being kept by issue A(executor) who is declaring that it is all theirs and they will do as they wish. Is this legal? if it is not legal is there any recourse?
