My question involves medical malpractice in the state of:Oklahoma. I had a bone spur removal surgery of the Achilles tendon almost 3 years ago and an in going Staphylococcus infection and have been to over 7 doctors and to no avail could they determine why the wound would not heal. Then about 6 months sutures started growing out of my Achilles tendon . I then went to wound care where they found 2 masses of sutures growing out of my foot still attached to the Achilles tendon. So I jus had another surgery to remove the 2 masses and am now on I.V antibiotics due to the infection from these 2 masses of sutures that have been left in my foot for over 2 years I have not been able to walk. The statue of limitations is 2 years in my state but since the discovery of the 2 masses was after this date.I am unsure if I have a case this has all been going on continuously , wound care, Dr. Visits , so many antibiotic I have had C diff and the MRSA is still in my bones.
